I have been trying to get my free Nintendo Switch since August. It was delivered to a retail store for pick up, and I attempted multiple times to try to get it. I was told that it wasn’t there and that someone mailed it back out and UPS would deliver it to me. As of November 12th, the tracking shows that it was sent back to the sender to Alburtis, PA. Can someone please help me…everyone at Verizon seems to be incompetent and I just want my free Switch. After this is resolved, I will be going back to Comcast. Here is the tracking info:
