Guide view not staying on Subscribed channels

I just got a new set top box, vms4100, I think, and it keeps resetting the guide to view all channels. If I select subscribed, it resets every time I shut the tv off. And there is nothing in the settings for the guide to stay on subscribed channels. Am I missing something???

Look here and select Tune By Favorites:

Main Menu > Settings > System > Favorite Channels>Tune By Favorites

Select Favorites 1

I would have to go through the whole guide and select each channel. All I want is the subscribed channels to stay.
