The combined Verizon website has no Community option, and Google instructions on how to find my posts no longer work. When I log on to Verizon, have to click support, then find topics, but even after I sign in, there is no Pro file icon and I cannot see my previous posts or reply to them.
You keep sending emails saying Your topic received a reply, but can't respond by email or find anything on Verizon Community. The last reply I saw was that my problem had been escalated to a Verizon agent, who sent a message that I had to log on to Facebook or Twitter, but I don't have an account with either, so gave up.
Please whatever you need to so I can log on to the Verizon Community as I Verizon member and can see my posts and the replies to them. Otherwise I can no longer use Verizon Community
