I have 2 tv and 2 set top boxes in 2 rooms. Audio is out of sync between them.

Before I updated both set top boxes several months ago the 2 rooms were in sync. I have tried switching the channel up 2 stations and back but it did not help. Did a reset with the customer support setting on both tvs and it did not help.

You were in a pretty unusual situation. Only occasionally did my two rooms sync, and it was never predictable. Even on Xfinity the two rooms don't sync. I don't think there is a way for that to happen given the nature of streaming.

That's actually normal, as there is usually a delay depending on the way the boxes are connected. The sound remains in sync with the video on each TV however, correct?
