My husband and I switched from AT&T to come to Verizon and ever since we switch we continuously have issues . We are paying monthly for asurion and for what ? My husband phone is now broken and they keep denying his claim I knew better to just stick with apple care and really really we should of just stayed with AT&T asurion is no help over the phone either is Verizon when I’ve spent 3 hours in the store talking to a rep but now let me not pay my phone bill because they don’t want to fix my husband phone then we’ll have a issue
