Coverage

Why is coverage still so bad where we live, just a couple miles west of Birch Run, MI? We’ve had Verizon for 20-30 years and coverage is still lousy. One bar, even at 11:00pm. That’s not enough to check email or surf the web. Once in a while two bars.

For about a month I have had only 1-2 bars . It usually takes about 4 hours to send a text and I can't even open some of my apps. I live close to a cell tower and nothing is blocking the signal. It's very frustrating.
