I do not. It wasn’t a credit card, it was a gift card in credit to be able to use online or for bills. It popped up when I was checking out, asked if I would like it, then nothing happened after i accepted. I see a lot of people had the same issue and am wondering how to claim the 300 it said.

I did the same thing and I believe I read that it’ll send to your email automatically a couple weeks later, but it’s not something you sign up for just make sure you have access to the email you put down when purchasing and be on the look out for the gift card.

I just spent 70 minutes with a chat agent who was clearly obvious of this offer. Even asking me for website links to where I saw it. How can this level of confusion be possible? Yea after reading this thread I’m switching back just switched over yesterday and my service is trash and no $300 gift card like their website states. And of course they’re gonna say “within 80 days” and wait until after your 45 day return policy to spit you more nonsense

I have a similar situation, i wasn't able to complete my online order due to an issue transferring my phone number but online I was offered $300 gift card on Dec 4th to complete my new phone purchase. I had to complete it over the phone but they said I would still get the gift card. Still have not received a redemption notification.

Once you submit the form you'll still wait for a long time. I submitted my form on December 7th and was told that it should process around the 26th of December, I am still waiting. If they're not actually going to process it in a reasonable time they shouldn't give you an estimate they should just say oh we'll get to it when we get to it, if they ever do.
I submitted my request as directed and was denied as invalid submission i contacted Verizon supported help and they directed me to submit again then I checked status and it says duplicate number invalid still .is there some reason I'm missing that I was denied after reviewing the required failed I do qualify. I punchesd in cart with plan and ported my number from different phone company. New phone .new line .new customer.

Submitted mine on December 4th and chatted with a rep last week who said it would be emailed to me today before 10et. Welp, still nothing. Chatted with a new rep today who gave me a really hard time. Trying to get me to resubmit for a 200 offer instead. Luckily I have the tracking numbers of my original request. Now she says they will be issued by Saturday which I highly doubt. They just keep kicking the can down the road. Everyone warned me not to switch, I should have listened.
Also, I used to be able to track the status in the Verizon app under my activity but after chatting with the rep it just disappeared. It definitely feels as if they are trying to make it hard to redeem said rebates.

I would like to express my concern regarding a promotional offer that was promised to me but has not been honored.
When I signed up for Verizon service and ported my mobile number, the customer service representative explicitly assured me that I would receive a $300 gift card upon completing the process. However, despite multiple rebate submissions, my request was repeatedly denied, citing that only Unlimited Ultimate plan members are eligible for this promotion.
At no point during my initial conversation with the representative was this eligibility restriction mentioned. Had I been informed upfront, I would have made an informed decision. It is extremely frustrating to be told after completing the porting process that I am no longer eligible for the rebate I was promised.
I kindly request that Verizon honor the promotion as it was initially communicated to me. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Please let me know how we can rectify this issue.

This same exact problem has been going on for me as . I have spoke with 5 different agents over the last 4 months who all assure me the rebate information will be sent to me. They tell me it takes weeks to send out once they put the request in, which I assume is just a tactic they use hoping I will forget about it.

Same issue here. Started a new plan and purchased new iPhone with the promo of getting $300 gift card and nothing since.
We always want you to get any promotions you qualified for. When qualifying for a promotion like this, there is generally a tile present to click on your myverizon account in addition to an email that gets sent with the steps to register. You would then receive a submission ID that you can check the status with. Hopefully you find this information helpful, but we are always happy to answer any specific questions you have.

I am in the same boat. I came to Verizon last week as a new customer with 4 lines, 3 of them port-ins. I also saw the pop up for the $300 Verizon GC and also have received nothing yet. I also had a $300 port-in credit per line pop up as well. I called support today and was on the phone for 90 minutes and left with neither. The rep was nice and gave me a monthly credit to help with my bill that will equal the $300. Still looking for the $300 x 3 port in credit.
I appreciate any help that i can get. Anything helps these days. If a Verizon rep can help me there is much more to this story. Thanks in advance.

I didn't receive my $1000 (4*250) for porting 4 lines. After many customer service contacts, one manager was able to give $800 account credit (almost after a year). But I missed entirely two egift cards ($200+$300) for adding additional lines.
My rebate said processing and then I hey an invalid in the app alert but customer service says its pending I think they lied
