After calling Verizon multiple, multiple times, to receive my $200 promotional giftcard to Target for signing up for Verizon's services, I was finally issued a gift card. I went to Target to use it, and it had a $0 balance on the gift card. Multiple calls, chats, emails with customer support has gotten nowhere. I was told my last call would escalate the issue, received a confirmation number, and I have heard nothing since. Anyone else have this problem?
