Went onto my account today and found a loyalty discount being offered to each of our 5 lines. When trying to redeem online, it kept circling back to account overview page. How frustrating!
Then I tried to seek assistance online from a chat agent who was not helpful nor professional, telling me to "hold on"
She then lied to me saying that there are no such offers that could be applied even though I am looking at the disclosure saying it can be applied to 12 lines. I can't get anywhere or any help via chat or via phone (limited hours of operation). Why offer a loyalty discount when you're not going to allow people to even redeem it? I am getting frustrated and am ready to explore other competitors. So much for being a loyal customer for 15+ years!
Don't offer what you can't deliver! Very misleading and disappointing!
