My order was delivered and signed for but not by the person who ordered it because it’s not here and we never saw the delivery person or package.
Someone porch pirated your package, or someone intentionally closed out the delivery and stole the package themselves...I've heard conflicting information on whether you should contact Verizon or the shipper about it. Wouldn't hurt to try both. If you have any video evidence showing the actual theft, file a police report.
