This issue has been persisting for the past two months and I really need some help.. I have pending offers on my account since I'm new to verizon fios. The offers were a Verizon Gift Card for $100 and Ray-Ban Meta Sunglasses.
I keep getting emails to claim these items but when I go to my account it is missing. I've contacted support numerous times and they said a ticket was made but every time I check in after a few weeks it's the same response.
The offers expire at the end of the year and I want to be able to claim them. I've been a loyal customer with verizon wireless for over 10 years and this is incredibly frustrating.
