My family and I recently switched from ATT to Verizon on Saturday afternoon and availed of the trade in IPhone 16 pro max after one of our phones had a display issue. We ordered for next day shipping for Tuesday as it was the weekend and I have spoken to three people today about how we have NOT received shipping confirmation. We have the receipt with the order and location number. When speaking with the agent on Saturday, they sent me all the forms for terms and conditions and purchasing which she confirmed I had signed everything but today, I was two different things by two different agents.
Monday around 12pm: The first agent told me the phone would be shipped tomorrow (Tuesday) no issue before 12 as that was stipulated in our receipt that it would be delivered before noon and to wait for this afternoon for the shipping confirmation email. It was already 6pm and I STILL had not received the confirmation so I called and waited an hour and a half to get a hold of someone, in which they told me I hadn't signed the terms and conditions, which the person on Saturday confirmed I did. It is now midnight and I still have not received the shipping confirmation and I am unsure if it will even come by Wednesday even though one of us doesn't have a functional phone.
BTW: I had gotten the number of 2 different verizon agents from sales as they were the ones who had helped me decide to switch and I have repeatedly tried texting and calling the number they provided (as they suggested I do if there are any issues) and I have not had a response from either of them. I understand it is the holidays so it is very busy, however, if this is how Verizon treats new customers, we may avail of other services.
