Move Ecel attachment to folder on Droid X

I would like to move an excel attachment from my e-mail on my droid X into a folder which can be read by my computer.

 

I could do this with photos.   What would I need to do to move the e-mail attachment.

Depending on the email app you're using you should see a preview for the excel sheet. If you have quick office, docs to go, etc, you should be able to view it and save it from within the app.

 

You could also download an app "download all files", preview the attachment, select that app, and save it to your SDcard.
