I had a big issue with canceling my Verizon account that I had just opened for only less than 2 days and I was charged $970.
Customer service support was of no help at all !!!
7 out of 10 agents barely speaks English and if it wasn’t that they have a really hard accent to understand!!!

Let me tell you how amazing she is.
She did a terrific job at looking at my bill and explaining each and every single charges on my bill.
She was able to calculate the total and find out why there was extra charges on my bill.
She made sure I was aware of every details of the contract I was in to the fullest of 110%
I really appreciate the fact that she took her time to LITERALLY help me,
every other agent I spoke with in the past would try to hurry and get me off the phone.
At the end NICOLE C. From Kentucky Verizon@home was able to answer all of my questions and concerns !!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE, if your ever in need of Verizon customer support/service

I just wish there was more Verizon agents like NICOLE C. Of Kentucky out here, if there was Verizon would NEVER have a long phone waiting period, because she will address all your technical issues!!!!!!
***WORD OF ADVICE***
Verizon if I were you, I would do whatever is in your power to keep NICOLE C. happy to still be able to work for you, be it a raise or some type of promotion.
Or clone her and her personality because you need more of her in your company if you want to keep your customers satisfied.
And if you’re reading this, NICOLE C. truly I really appreciate your 110% customer service and I hope others will get to experience your friendly happy easygoing honest personality and your help one day !
ps. I never EVER write reviews about things of this sort, but this customer service she showed is truly extraordinary and I think it should be praised and RECOGNIZED
