Free Samsung TV offer

I'm starting to believe this free TV is too good to be true.

Key phrase regarding is whether or not they even have the units to send customers.

Personally, I think it is very misleading, just to entice people to spend money, with no real intentions to honor a deal.

Anyone else have thoughts about this?

Got it. The Samsung TV will be eligible to be redeemed on day 30 after purchase. You'll also get a reminder 30 and 56 days days after the redemption period starts and you must redeem before 60 days.

I have not received any notification on my account that speaks of this offer. Only during the process of purchasing the product did it show this. Maybe I am missing something?

I was never told in the hours long process of selecting a NEW PLAN and QUALIFYING DEVICE to receive a 75inch SAMSUNG for the BLACK FRIDAY CHRISTMAS DEAL ... that it has NOTHING TO DO WITH CHRISTMAS 2024

I was sent an email to redeem my TV offer. When I go to redeem the free Samsung 50 or 75" Qled TV, it says my offer expired 2-8-22 and it was for a Google Nest. The correct offer isn't even available to me. How is it December of 2024 and I'm getting an offer that is over 2 years old and not even the correct offer? You should treat you customers like this. I want my TV!

I'm also having trouble with redemption, I've been trying to redeem mine since December 17th that was my 30 days the system just continues to tell me about a deal from 2022 and then the next screen that I click on says sorry this deal is unavailable right now I spoke with a couple people who said that they were going to fix the problem but I'm still waiting and eventuallyI'm goin to be at 60 days then someone will tell me "sorry sir you have to claim it within 60 days" unfortunately you can't get this tv. The free tv was the reason I went with verizon over my other choices. I have received my email about redeeming the tv and all it does is take me to the same page the app does about redeeming and then never works.

I upgraded with eligibility for this promotion. After the 30 days, I got the email to redeem. I have the tile in my Verizon. But the tile is broken and keeps erroring when trying to click through to redeem the TV. I have tried on multiple pc's web versions and on the app. I need assistance getting the TV as ppromised. It is presenting a redeem button but then a popup about a Google nest promotion from 2022. Accepting that empty black button in the promo popup gives an error that it cannot be completed. The tile itself is broken, displays the Samsung TV on us image and title but then subtext saying "redeem by ##RD##"

Please resolve.

Ive been having the same issue. I was supposed to be able to redeem on 12/22/24. I was told that day I would be able to in 2-3 business days. Then I was told I would get the email today to be able to redeem it. Now I was just told that it's going to take 2-3 billing cycles which puts me past the time to redeem it. I am also having an issue redeeming the tv offer. Seems like this offer was to get me to buy a new phone when I had a paid off one. Please contact me about this matter ASAP. I received my email on 12/31/24 picked the 75" qled and place the order with samsung.com call Samsung support. And they verify the order is valid and the TV actually shipped, and I just received it.

I have had the same issue! They have so far totally failed to rectify the issues at both the store level and otherwise. I will be filing complains with the BBB and FCC. I encourage others to do the same!
