Ordered my new phone (10th line with Verizon by the way) to give to my mother because her husband, my father, died and need her on my plan. Bought it 12/1 online with overnight delivery. Tomorrow is 12/5 and nobody on chat or in store can tell me why my order says shipped but UPS does not even have it yet. Going to see mom tomorrow and can’t bring her the phone. Online and store say I can’t cancel the order. I’m legit being held hostage and without a phone for her. This is ridiculous.
