I'm a new Verizon customer as of November 27 2024, porting 4 lines over from another provider. I placed my order at a corporate store in the Houston TX suburbs.
My receipt shows that, for each phone, I qualify for a $100 "switcher rebate" that needs to be redeemed by 26 January 2025. I was told to wait ~1 week, then check the link provided on the receipt (https://m.vzw.com/rebatenotification) and follow the instructions.
When visiting the link there are no notifications. I have also not received any emails about how to claim this rebate.
Can someone provide some guidance? Thanks!
