I dunno what it was over a decade ago. Offered Agent last 4 of SS# NO that is not acceptable. Previous address NO even offeredexhubbies blood type because obviously this boy is jerking me around. Has no other option for verification LONG CALL ZERO SUPPORT agent leaves this senior alone in the mountains overnight with no cell service looking at other options will cancel Verzion asap due to elder abuse STILL NO WAY TO CALL FOR ANY HELP HERE. Verizons DEI game is likely the elephant in the room
