Absolute worst customer experience of my life!!! I have been a customer for 15+ years and they have still not have gotten the correct phone in 2 weeks. I have been on the phone with customer service over 18 hours, been to the store 4 times, and still no phone or resolve in 2 weeks. And they admit it's their mistake and still ask for more money. Supervisors promise to call me back, and not one has!! And all of it is on record on the account and on text messages they sent to me, and they still won't do anything!! I am a livid customer.
