If I cange my plan will I lose my 55 and over discount

I currently have two lines, one on 5G get more and one on 5G start. If I change my plan to the unlimited Plus and unlimited Welcome will I lose my discount?

Edit: To clarify this is not the 55+ plan. This is a separate discount of $40 I get for being over 55.

It is always good to know your options to receive the best value. If you are under a promotional plan, changing that plan, can cause you to lose your promo. If you have any questions, let us know.

I don't know if the 55+ discount will go away if you change your plans from those legacy ones to current ones, but the perks you currently have with the legacy plans will be gone for sure. Some have reported when they try to sign back up for the paid versions of the same perks with the current plans, the system thinks they still have the legacy version perks and then nothing works.
