Need return label so I can send phone back. Have called numerous times and each time have been told we're sending you a label. Had trade in that I cancelled and need to send new phone back. Took into store they said all I can do is exchange my phone for another phone which doesn't mk sense to me. I just need a label that's all and I'm getting the runaround and it's frustrating. I wish someone would help me.
