Past due balance of $0

This is still happening, apparently nobody cares about whatever bug this is in their ERP system. I have a past-due Fios balance of $0 that I can't pay as of four hours ago and the captive portal just displays an "Error - we're sorry your having trouble." page when attempting to login.
