300$ rebate missing

I’ve talked to two other Verizon representatives and my 300 dollars rebate still hasn’t come and recently tried to get ahold of someone again and no one is replying back. WHATS GOING ON VERIZON. Only reason I even switched is because of the rebate. Fix it, please!

What’s the problem because this is the main reason I switched from T-Mobile with. Trade in of an iphone12 to a iphone16 is this going to be an issue Verizon or what
