Help! I recently had some difficulties with a trade in that resulted where my existing trade in was canceled and a new one was created over the phone. They sent me a return shipping label but I can't find any evidence in my account of the new trade in being place and I'm very hesitant to send my phone in with no written evidence on my side of the estimated value since there's no guarantee I'll be able to get it back. Has anyone else had this happen?
