$50 XBOX Gift Card

I signed up for home internet. Had to wait until 12/23 to redeem my free Xbox and gaming package that includes headset, controller and $50 Xbox gift card. I redeemed all today and show they are all scheduled to ship except the $50 gift card. It said I would get an email but have not. I do not see the $50 gift card on the receipt I redeemed for the gaming package. When will I get it?

I am also having the same issue. I redeemed my offer and received everything but the gift card. It's been a week since I redeemed the offer on 12/20/24 with no email in my inbox or spam folder.

I have checked them both daily. I have received nothing. It says on my invoice that I should receive an email with redemption information in 24 hours, but nothing has been sent in my email.
