I upgraded a phone and decided to take verizons deal for a free samsung tv with an eligible upgrade. Completed the upgrade with an eligible phone and qualified plan. This was on November 16th for the activation ect. 30 days later no email or tile on the app. I tried looking in different places and logging in directly from the website. Still nothing... gave them another couple days and nothing.
Contacted support through chat and was bounced through at least 10 support agents each saying different things, dropped connections or just transferred me outright.
Called support and was on the phone for about an hour with an agent who said he put in a ticket and I would hear back in 7 days.
I am not holding my breath for verizon to figure this out as this would be the second time that verizon has burned me for upgrades and promotions. The first being I returned two google pixels for upgrades and guess what? They only "recieved one" and decided instead of honoring the $1000 trade in they were offering for both they gave me $30 and wouldn't do anything.
Buyer beware.
