TV Channel Shuts off within 1 Minute

For weeks I've had issues with my TV. Usually just rebooting the router has worked but now every time and I mean EVERY time I try and watch a live TV channel it shuts off in about one minute or less and back to the HOME screen. Now my Internet is also freezing when I try and go on YouTube. I've looked at settings I have no idea what else to do .

Sounds like a bad router, ONT or possibly a bad connection somewhere. Check all coax connections by loosening and tightening them. If it still happens, contact support for a new router. If it continues after a replacement, you may have a bad splitter or ONT. They'll have to send out a tech to check for you.
