Verizon is getting worse day by day. They do not know what they are doing. Tricking people by not giving clear ideas about there plans and trade in deals.. I traded in my old phone and got Unlimited welcome plan with a new device. They said I m gonna get $1000 credit but now they are saying I am gonna get only $660 because of my plan. They should have cleared that before they sold the phone. Very unprofessional service. If you chat they will keep transferring you and you have to start conversation from the beginning l. Canceled my online order without saying anything. Had to talk with 15 agent to make it correct. Had to call them 5 times to transfer my number from previous provider to verizon. They didn't know what was the issue.. took 3 days to transfer my number, finally they had to transfer my call to someone higher... Today I was explaining about the trade in issue to a supervisor over phone- they hung up my phone.. will never recommend anyone to get verizon. I had it for 5 years then I switched it. Do not have any idea why I switched it back again to verizon. Biggest mistake ever. Stealing people's money.
