Purchased the Verizon promo to upgrade to iPhone 16 pro for 3 phone lines on my account. All 3 said it would ship immediately and be to my house within 2 days. Now on day 7. Received 2 of the 3. But the iPhone 16 Pro Max keeps getting delayed. Why? I can see they are available for pick up at 8 different stores near me within 1 hour! I have had various promised delivery dates, I wait at home and then nothing comes and I get a text with a new delivery date. This phone line came with a free ‘pro on the go’ offer I wish I never agreed to. When I call Verizon they blame ‘pro on the go’ and say it’s a separate company? Why did Verizon offer that as a free service with 2 day delivery if it isn’t possible? I NEVER would have selected it, it has been days of waiting within a 2 hour delivery time slot and then nothing comes. Then I get a rescheduled time slot. It doesn’t make sense, how can I switch the order to store pick up?
