I have $830Device Promotional Credit For Device upgrade discount.
I placed the order and went to the store to pick it up. (Order 79504850)
But the store told me it was out of stock. You need to contact customer service to cancel the order and re-order it to be mailed to your home.
The customer service then canceled and re-ordered(Order 59533). But there is no $830 Device Promotional Credit on the receipt. The customer service said that they helped me match the discount and it would be delayed in displaying it.
I want to know if what the customer service said is true? It’s been 24 hours and the discount still doesn’t show up. Do I still have to pay $50 if I return the phone without activating it?
