12 mo. new service bundle....

I JUST got service and was promised a bundle package as a perk for 12 mo. free Netflix...Disney+....STARZ....don't know what's going on but my account either isn't found or it's not registering I should be able to login. What in the actual goodness is REALLY going on?!?
