On Black Friday 2024 I bought a Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra and I was given the opportunity to also get a tablet which I accepted for $10 more a month which actually ended up being $20, anyways also I had the choice between a smartwatch or a Xbox gift package of wireless headset a wireless controller and a $50 gift card for Xbox but they failed to ever give that to me I've called customer service 10 times I've made customer reports they always say they'll fix it in 3 to 4 days The last guy wanted me to pay for it and then credit my account which is not the promotion I accepted on Black Friday, it was an empty promise I no doubt and believe I will ever get the Xbox package Don't fall for Verizon's empty promises

I also got lied to as well on a holiday deal . I was told if I added a line the phone was free so I did and now I am paying for a phone and a line I didn't really need. I have talked to multiple people to still have issues
