75"samsung tv offer

Upgraded phone plan to ultimate and purchased s24 ultra through Verizon app. Been on the phone and chat with "Verizon reps". Keep trying to get somewhere on the samsung tv promo but dead ends everywhere. It's now been 11 days since I received the redemption email. I try to click link and it just takes me to my profile. No redemption tile exists.

An eligible Samsung smartphone must be active on eligible service for 30 days before the Samsung TV on us can be redeemed (WFG wait period). One Samsung TV per account.

After the 30-day waiting period, customers have 60 days to redeem the Samsung TV, or no later than 5/8/25, whichever comes first.

This offer is a lie! One of the Verizon replies says you are only able to get the in stock tv! I am not due for my offer until 2/8/25, however Samsung.com chat told me the 75" is not even in stock! So basically all Verizon has to do is tell Samsung to say they are out of the 75" and we get screwed! I think I'll just return my phone and go to a legit company! By the way, the reviews on this tv are terrible. It is a base model too.

Out of stock of course! The tv value isn't even equal to the cost of the phone! It's very basic tv.

Do not even bother with Verizon customer service. They spent days trying to get answers from them...They finally tried to tell me that it would now be 60 days...That is when I had enough. I filled a BBB and FCC complaint. I also email Verizon Executive Relations at [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] and explain my problem. Two days later they emailed me a link to redeem whichever TV I wanted. Do not waste anymore time with customer service.

I bought a s24 ultra and upgraded my line on 12/2/24 and have not received any redemption codes for the Samsung TV that I was promised with my purchase.

I'm in the same boat. I contacted customer support, and managed to get a "ticket" submitted, and haven' heard anything, since. HEY CUSTOMER SERVICE, GET ME MY TV!

It's a shame Verizon treat their loyal customers this way.

I haven't even received the promo code. I called Verizon customer service. They told me I needed to go in store. I went in store, they didn't know what what to do and said they would call me back. Have not received anything back yet.

I made my upgrades on 11/30. I called customer service, they told me they didn't even see the TV promotion and told me to go check with the store. I went to the store, and they didn't know what to do. They were waiting to hear from a manager and said they would give me a call back. Still have not received a call back.

I'm having the same issue with the Xbox bundle I've been trying to resolve this since the 14th of January, absolute garbage , tile won't work , then disappeared , now they're saying it's on the way , that was the 27th of January...

I have been getting so many workarounds it is ridiculous. Exactly what is so hard for verizon to live up to the part of the contract that they promised. I have transcripts and months hours phone text essays of VS. I was told I never accepted that offer, I was told I was then aligned to this offer to give it two billing cycles. A representative made me wait over an hour on the phone mind you. I wait two billing cycles and again they regret to inform me that I was never in the right offer or they apologize I am not able to stack offers. The part where they put words in my mouth, insinuate and assume one is not technology competent is very condescending and disrespectful. This is a BIG DEAL. I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE GUY WHO INVOLVED FCC AND ALL THE PROPER CHANNELS. THEY SHOULD JUST LIVE UP TO THE DEAL AND NOT JUST REWARD THOSE WHO THEY DESIRE TO HUSH.

WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO GET MAD BE PUT IN A BAD STATE?
