The item in question was a PlayStation 5, which I purchased using two gift cards ($200 each) and a credit card ($54.74). Unfortunately, my order was canceled because I was unable to pick it up before the due date. Despite this cancellation, I have not yet received a refund.
It has been several days since the cancellation, and I have made multiple attempts to contact your support team. However, no one has resolved this issue. Additionally, my repeated requests have been met with transfers between departments, as the wireless team keeps informing me that I am not a wireless customer. This is particularly frustrating because I am a Verizon home internet (Fios) customer, and I expected better coordination across your support teams.
To clarify further, I placed the order in guest mode without logging into an account, which seems to have complicated the situation unnecessarily. Despite this, I believe my payment details and Fios account information should provide sufficient evidence to resolve this matter promptly.
I kindly request that you process my refund immediately and provide written confirmation of this action. I also request that my case not be transferred again and be handled directly by someone who can resolve this matter without further delays.
