I’ve been a victim of verizon promotion for about 7 months. Every month I try to contact supervisors, be on the phone for hours, always got promises but the problem was never resolved.
why 7 months after signed up for 3 lines, and traded in my phone, I still being charged for 3 phones that’s supposed to be free? Where are all the credits you promised to honor to your loyal customers?????
This ordeal is stressing me out. I seriously just want to cancel my service, get my old phone back, and nothing to do with verizion for the rest of my life.
Where are all the regional supervisors that was handling my case? Where did she go? Just vanished in thin air???
Very very disappointed customer.
