Tv promotion

On black Friday in store I got a promotion where I buy a phone and get a 75 inch tv. First they said the confirmation email will be there in a week. And then it was, it takes thirty days, and then it was forty five, and now the last thing was that promotion wasn't valid to me and they offered me a hundred dollar credit.

I have the same issue. I've called in 11 different times and they keep saying that it is being investigated. Did they finally get your worst resolved and if so what measures did you take?
