I am with Verizon for over 11 years and I had a loyalty discount of 40$ on my plan. And after I kept looking on the Verizon webpage found discount page where said try more discount to see how much you can save, so I added Nurse discount for 25$ monthly. Next month I had a surprise. My bill increased. I contacted them and I was told that those 2 discounts can’t be used together so they used my Nurse discount of 25$ instead of my loyalty. I asked them to change back to loyalty and remove nurse discount because nobody notified me about this. They promised that after one billing cycle I will have this back to previous bill. But another surprise this didn’t happen. I contacted them again and I was told that once I added nurse discount I lost my loyalty discount and it’s not available anymore. Very disappointed and now I am planning to move to another provider and will bundle house internet with wireless. I trust a wrong company
