My Fios internet bill for October 2024 has an error. I have been calling repeatedly but none of the agents understand and demand payment. I have asked for supervisors but they are never available. Leave messages but none call back. I continue to pay non-disputed charges but they keep adding late fees for the disputed charges and threatening to disconnect me. I need the internet for work and this is unacceptable. How do I reach someone who will address a billing dispute with a customer of 20+ years? I am planning to discontinue all Verizon services due to this. It is unacceptable that a customer cannot dispute a bill.
