I have called Verizon customer care FOUR times, each getting a slightly different answer. I have wasted about 10 hours of my life talking to Verizon customer service and your service is TERRIBLE! I have been a Verizon customer for 23 years and was treated so poorly that I cannot believe it.
One of your customer care "managers," who would not give me his full name or employee ID, raised his voice with me and said to me, "You are the problem!" and then hung up on me. This after talking to two three different people in one call and getting the runaround about the phone trade in promotion.
I cannot believe how AWEFULLY I was treated!!!
I have filed a complaint with the FCC for false advertising on the screen promotion I listed above and posted a screen shot of. I will likely leave Verizon and will file a complaint with the BBB and any and every other consumer protection organization extant.
I want someone from the CEO level of Verizon to contact me, ASAP!
