I’ve spoke to T-Mobile and Verizon several times. We transferred two lines to our new phones and our phone numbers. It’s wonky. Some texts come through and neither of us can receive calls. We have to go back and forth between phones. I’ve been told by T-Mobile the transfer process was complete and Verizon has told me this as well. When I look up the port process, it says processing. It’s been 3 days. I’m feeling helpless. Did network resets, turned off all phones, you name it. No one can help me.
