I ported a number from a different carrier to verizon (added a new line to verizon), because verizon was advertising a $300 switcher rebate. I added a line, and now verizon is conventiently flat out refusing there was a switcher promotion in late December (I added the line on 12/23/24).
The switcher rebate was advertised all over their website in December. The message would scroll in a yellow bar at the very top when you visit verizon.com (no. need to log in even). So frustrating! Any ideas how to proceed or if anyone else has had a similar issue?
