Hello. I ordered phones on Christmas for the pay off your previous carrier promotion. I have contacted multiple Verizon representatives who have not been helpful. I was told when I purchased the phones that I would get an email with a link for the Mastercard. I have not received it. I meet all eligibility requirements. What do I do?

Must provide most recent bill showing payoff amount of mobile number being ported, which must be at month 4 or later of installment
Redeem offer at My Verizon w/in 60 days of order confirmation, or by no later than 4.20.25, whichever is first. If service is canceled w/in 6 months; or eligibility req's are no longer met, you will be charged back the full value of the prepaid Mastercard. Limit one offer per port-in; Max. 12 port-ins.
