This is the third time I've posted about this. I have spoken to two separate people who have told me different dates for when I should see the redemption tile. The last person said it would be there after the 12th. It's not.
This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm going to be filing complaints with the BBB and the FTC. The amount of people having this same issue is shameful.
