There’s been a network disruption in my area supposedly since 12-19-24 regarding data, voice, text, and wireless home internet service so it says on my Verizon app. It’s ridiculous. What’s more ridiculous is that this has been everyday for me within the past 2 years that I switched to Verizon. Verizon does nothing about it besides keep me on the phone for 4-5 hours at a time and say they’ll look more into it and call me back on such & such date but it never ever happens! Horrible service, horrible customer service, flat out just HORRIBLE and should be ashamed of themselves. Wanna keep raising my bill but my service gets worse! Put up some towers! Do something!
