Last November, we were told if we opened a new line with verizon and did a trade in then we would be getting the new phone and a samsung TV for free. Need someone to validate this because at the moment I am experiencing issues.
We don't want you to have any problems with any promotions and we'd love to help you out. What part of the promotion are you having issues with? At the time of purchase, did you choose the phone promotion or the Samsung TV promotion?

I’ve been fighting Verizon about the promotions that they offered in November for the free Apple Watch in iPad if you purchased or trade it in for the 16 Pro Max I’m still being billed for the watch. I didn’t take the iPad but I did get the watch and I’m still fussing and fighting with them to take the watch charges off of my bill
