Rebate Issues

I switched over to Verizon during the time of the rebate, and I have called several times about the fact that my rebate still says processing. It states that you should wait 48 hours for the rebate to arrive, but it has been a little over a month since that notification has come through, and I still have not received my rebate. I have called a few times but I have just been told that they will look into it. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm having a similar issue, except I haven't even been able to redeem mine , it just doesn't even give the option to do so. Been on the phone with them for two days now and no answers

That’s the same issue I’m having! Every time I click on the link to redeem it takes me to my Verizon account and nothing happens 🫠

Extremely disappointed with Verizon due to the 300 dollar rebate I was told would be processed on the 14th of Jan but still hasn’t been ! I was assured i would have received it by now , been counting on it to arrive before my daughters birthday tomorrow so I could use it to get her a gift !!! Thanks a lot Verizon! Super disappointed

so I was literally just having a conversation with SUPPORT member Nikki. She asked for me to tell her what the promotion was where I was offered $300 on a gift card. I’m not sure the name of the promotion but I gave her screenshots of my receipt where it clearly states that I’m owed a promotion, a rebate of $300 I send her the pictures and she says any luck tracking down that promotion with the link I sent you and then I wasn’t allowed to reply. The conversation was cut off and said I needed to reach out on social media to get a new secure link for a conversation. Are you kidding me?

well, good to know I'm not the only one. After 6 phone calls and more than 4 hours spent trying to get a $200 gift card. I actually think VZ might be trying to pull one over on me!

Yeah same issue kinda, just put $550 upfront for a new phone on a new account, rebate was listed all over my paperwork, guy was telling reassuring me yeah it's $550 upfront, but there's a rebate at least. Was gonna use that to pay my phone bill as the first one's biggest and I need it rn. My payment is gonna be late as its due on the 22nd and I don't get paid till the 3rd. So two things have ticked me off, I was expecting a 30 day billing cycle but nope, I gotta pay it a week before it even should end and without a rebate which was promised multiple times. I check the status of it and it just tells me everyday to check my network connection, been doing that since i got the phone around the 1st.

Been with Verizon a little over a month, also still no gift card emailed and have been told twice it was resent. Probably gonna go back to AT&T at least they keep their promises.

They definitely got me. $200 Amazon gift card and $100 Verizon gift card! The Amazon one claims the dates were invalid while the rep even stated I should have received it. A credit was offered but I needed to get my kid things with the gift card that’s why I signed up with Verizon instead of elsewhere.

Dont get your hopes up because u see proceesed just another part of there deciet as u can see from screen shot somerhingu should do the entire time u chatting screens mgot before chat ends or kt will disappear onmy what u say will be there how convenient for them record every single call then file with BBB and FCC my complaints both were accepted and served on verizon u will get email verification if they believe u have legitimate complaints rhey will then serve the compalints to verizon but that only got executive relations office callkng me shortly after i recieved email abiut them being served the compalints anyway as u can seee above no gift card delivered ao they breach contract not because of that but because its now past 8 weeks that itt clearly says in the terms nad conditions that once claimed they have 8weeks to deliver well that 8 weeks passed weeks ago now and still no card they have acknowledged gift card claim is valid but its stuck is there excuse can u belive the excuse yea its stuck unbelievable. hope they do and hope they ready give up more then 250 amzon gift card not even bout the gift card now its avout principles now and not letting a huge corporation get away with unfaithful acts

And u can expect this the entire time no answers just a bunch of rest assured im here to help u just go read all.my post and u may decide to go straight to the bbb n fcc n forget about talking them because u will not get anywhere with floor agents only same ole scripted lines. My card was to be delivered 48 hours after 18Aug

Dont get ur hopes up cause ive been dealing with them for close to a month daily and we talking at least 60plus hours spent on this issue and still no card bbb n fcc compalints filed and served on verizon 23aug n yes thst executive relations office to call they no more help then a floor agents mkae u think u getting some where nope all more stalling n stalling good luck u will need a miracle to get that card

Well if they didnt honor there part of the contract they breached contact not u il be doing same real soon they dont get there act together with my gift card they have broke the rermsand conditions in more ways then one so going baxk to att is looking real good at this point .

I ended up gettiing the amazon gift card 250 today and let me add a month past when they said it would be deliverd which was 18 aug i had to filel Bbb and fcc compalint and they both were valid and served to verizon so maybe thats what u need to do i honestly didnt think i would ever get it just way to many excuses as to where it was why its not deliverdd the best was its stuck how a gift card get stuck for almost a month is beyond me but i did recieve today guess well see how the jbl speaker tunrs out its already delayed but i. Was notified it would be due to stock beofre i clicked it did give me an optionnof a verizon gift card but i chose speaker knowing it be delayed nov 10 auppose ship so we will see hope u all get what is owed ya
