Spam Calls

Hi, I am currently getting between 30-50 spam calls a day. I am signed up for the $2.99 Verizon call filter and it’s only blocking 2-3 spam calls a day. I have it set to block all risk levels. Why is the Verizon paid service not blocking all VOIP spam calls? Today I googled other options and I installed the app RealCall. It is actually blocking every single VOIP spam call.
