This tv offer is a joke. I am on day 33 and still no voucher. Spoken with five reps only to be told they were escalating and I should receive an update on the app. Still no update and on top of that two of the agents hung up on me after keeping me on hold for over 20 minutes. Asked for my callback number but yet didn't call me back. On top of that when I spoke to the reps I have to validate where I saw the offer, what phone did I get etc. they send you a link to access your account but yet you have to prove what you did. I never had a problem in 13 years with verizon until this and I think it’s time for me to switch. Buyer watch out!
