I recently had Verizon FiOS Installed -digital voice management services for home phone services are completely disabled . Contacted Verizon FiOS tech support and been left hanging with no explanation or solution .
no access to:
• call log
•voicemail access
• calling features
while this is not a terrible issue to encounter, I have been contacting tech support on several occasions and spending hours communicating with them in regards to this issue. Each tech support representative needs to start from the beginning and troubleshoot on their own. No escalation options are available . The only option that has been successful- is to request credit for the failure of service , which I will be doing until the matter is resolved.
