I can't view any dvr on my computer but can delete DVR entries

Recently I couldn't access my DVR on my computer. Verizon did some troubleshooting and patched it by setting up FIOS with a different email address than my Verizon account. I can get live programming but can't run any DVRs. Is there a registry entry that is screwed up?

I'd call billing and have them reauthorize your main account. There is n good reason for having to use a second e-mail address and that is why you can't access the DVR recordings.
